Veronika´s
primary role is a
recruitment consultant;
therefore, you are most likely to meet her in the course of an in-depth
interview. However, you should not be concerned, as the interviews are more of
a partnership than a cross-examination. She also participates in variety
of projects related to human resource development. As an assessor, she
works with both, individuals and groups at Assessment and Development Centres.
As a facilitator, she participates in workshops using LSP techniques and
also leads teambuilding activities aimed at improving internal business operations.
As a consultant, Veronika leads career workshops as a part of out-placement programmes
and can also help you with CV and job interview preparation. She has experience
in creating and adapting corporate competency models and uses the competency
approach throughout an interview process. Veronika is a certified mediator and
she is focused on the mediation of internal corporate conflicts.
