    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know how to notice a display of assertive and nonassertive behaviour and will know how to choose an appropriate form according to the situation, achieve success more effectively and sustain good relationships, know how to notice symptoms of developing and progressing conflict and find a constructive solution, know the basic strategies and constructive solutions in contact with team, external and internal clients, direct relationships around himself and anticipate conflicts.
  • Time and stress management

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: be competent to identify their potential sources of stress and time eaters, know know their own typical way of reacting to difficult situations and know how to solve them more appropriately, effectively direct themselves in time, know how to handle stressful situations using constructive communication with others, implement basic techniques of relaxation, know their own life priorities and plan their tasks according to them.
