    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know how to lead a selection interviews, know how to prepare well for the selection interview, apply particular steps while leading the interview, apply principles and steps of an interview based on competencies, create a relaxed atmosphere during the interview, use the skills of asking questions and active listening leading towards identification of competencies, catch and evaluate important things.

  • Building and leading teams

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know their preferred style of leadership, know the strengths and weaknesses of particular leadership styles, know how to teach and apply an appropriate leadership style according to particular situation, know their individual settings and their influence on team work, know the qualities of an effective team and also ways of strengthening them, know development stages of teams and how they influence the real team work, know how to provide and receive a constructive feedback, know the rules and principles of employees‘ motivation, know how to set goals according to SMART criteria.

  • Leading meetings

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know how to prepare and carry out an effective meeting, know how to apply principles of effective direction of interaction while solving tasks in a group, know how to apply moderating skills while leading the meetings, know the group processes and their meaning to directing a team work, know the qualities of an effective team and effective team work and also how to strengthen them in their own team, know the development stages of teams and know how to notice them in real team, know how to provide team with a feedback in order to improve its performance.

  • Motivation in manager’s work

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know the rules and principles of employees‘ motivation, know the rules of giving feedback, know how to provide a constructive feedback, know their preferred leadership style and the role of reward and punishment, be able to define and use an appropriate leadership style based on the particular situation, know how to set goals according to SMART criteria, know how to go about delegating tasks to the employees.

  • Evaluation interviews

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know the meaning and contribution of the evaluation interview when working with people, possess exercised interpersonal skills connected to leading an interview, know the rules and principles of leading an evaluation interview, know how to give employees a performance and behaviour feedback, know how to discuss the problematic areas with the employee, know how to define performance objectives, know how to define and communicate future requirements and expectations of an employee, know the mistakes which decrease an objectivity of the evaluation.

  • Couching in manager’s work

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know how to notice the necessary skills for couching in general as well as in themselves, know how to ask better questions, know how to actively listen and set goals, know how to carry out a couching interview, have identified situations appropriate for couching, have an elaborated plan of their own development in couching, have selected coaching areas and goals of their colleagues.

  • Assertivity and solving conflicts

    The course objective is to teach and practically exercise the skills of participants who, after graduating it, will: know how to notice assertive and nonassertive behaviour as well as choosing an appropriate form according to the situation, effectively achieve results and sustain good relationships, know how to notice symptoms of developing and ongoing conflict and find a constructive solution, know basic strategies of solving conflicts and will be able to constructively solve them in contact with team, external and internal clients, be able to direct relationships around them and anticipate conflicts.
