Barbora works as a Business Consultant in
RecruitMen & Developium Group. She
mainly focuses on assessment and development projects. She has experience in
using and implementing cut-e online psychodiagnostics into selection and
development process of employees. As a consultant, Barbora realizes
comprehensive 360° degree feedback projects from tailor-made solutions through
evaluation and interpretation of results. She has experience in creation and
modifying corporate competency models and she implements them in the company
processes. As an assessor, Barbora is experienced in creation, design and
realization of Assessment and Development Centres. As a facilitator, she
participates in trainings, workshops and teambuildings, where she leads projects
using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® technique aimed at improving company´s internal
business operations. Barbora also participated as a consultant in outplacement
projects, where she facilitated career workshops.
