She supplemented her education by long-term trainings in coaching, human resources, NLP and systemic approach in the growth model of Virginia Satir. She has attended the number of courses and seminars aimed at personality development and development of teams. She has participated in several international Solution Focused Coaching conferences.

During her career she had an opportunity to participate in, or directly manage the projects in various areas of human resources such as setting the recruitment process, talent development, adaptation process of new employees, personnel leasing, relocation of executives from abroad, she participated in the preparation and implementation of Assessment and Development Centres and was in charge in some special projects in the field of diversity and work- life balance.

She has been working as a coach for 10 years and she uses coaching approach while lecturing and working with groups.

Knowledge of a counselling process, life as well as career coaching were the essential skills she could use while working in a national project: Career counselling as the way to better job opportunities, where she worked as a coordinator for 25 counselling centres for adults in the field of lifelong learning.

As lecturer and coach focused on solutions, she believes in the uniqueness and tremendous potential of every human being. She enjoys accompanying people on their way of discovering the potential possibilities and resources for its fulfillment.

Deeply respects personal insights into the situation, or topic that a person brings. Her strengths include a strong focus on client needs and finding solutions, high professionality and flexibility.She likes working in an international environment, facing new challenges, she is an active, open-minded person with a sense of humour.

She is fluent in English, German, Czech, passive in Russian.
