Adam Wiesner works in Developium company at the position of a trainer / consultant. His main task is to develop and implement educational and training projects as well as the relevant training material in accordance with individual client’s requirements. His training method focuses on transferring knowledge through experiential form, both within the group interaction as well as through acquisition and sharing of a personal experience of each participant.

His personal strengths include communication skills, empathy, individual approach and customer focus. Despite his affection for scientific environment and theories, he likes to transfer his knowledge in a comprehensible way, focused on practical applications in everyday life.

During his 3-year work experience in an outsourcing company providing complex customer services he acquired skills as a product trainer and performance coach. Later, at the position of Training & Quality Manager, he gained experience in the development and implementation of soft skills trainings, executive coaching and working with teams. As an internal trainer and coach he participated in the design and implementation of specific tools for the development of team communication.

After completing certified introductory training in Solution-Focused approach in counselling and therapy he currently carries on a 3-year subsequent complex training. He successfully implements his experience from Reteaming and Solution-focused in his individual as well as group coaching.

He graduated from General Anthropology at the Charles University in Prague. During his doctoral studies he worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy at Comenius University, where he led an introductory seminar focused on the study of gender. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute of Ethnology at Slovak Academy of Sciences. Organizational anthropology, gender nonconformity, methods and ethics in ethnographic research are among his main interests.

In the course of his work experience as a trainer he cooperated with various clients: MAFRA Media Group, Union Pacific - Centros De Enseñanza, Red Bull, Wüstenrot, Tutor.cz, ThyssenKrupp Výtahy, Volkswagen Slovakia.

He speaks Czech (native), English, Spanish (fluent) and German (intermediate).
